New and improved: XH370 becomes EBG370
Production of the XH370-13J has been terminated by Phylion as of the end of 2022. The XH370-13J and its temporary successor the XH370-14J have been replaced by the improved EBG370-140H1S24 as of model year 2024. The battery has been technically overhauled in many ways but without changing the familiar design. Therefore, the new EBG370 is seamlessly interchangeable with the older XH370 models like the XH370-13J (as well as the 10j, 12J and 14J).

With the introduction of this improved battery, the model name was also changed and the XH370 is now called EBG370 (EBG370-140H1S24). Available from the end of 2023, the battery has a standard capacity of 518 Wh (37V, 14 Ah).
The changes are limited to the inside of the battery, while the familiar build shape has been retained to ensure compatibility with older XH370 variants, including the popular XH370-13J. The most important are:
- Waterproof
With waterproof connectors and improved gaskets, the battery now has solid protection against the ingress of water (waterproofing), allowing users to ride with confidence in various weather conditions without compromising the battery’s durability and reliability. - New BMS
With the new Battery Management System (BMS), you enjoy improved performance and lower power consumption in standby mode, further increasing battery efficiency and reliability. The green LED lights have been replaced with blue ones. - New charging connector
In the pursuit of a technically improved battery, the battery’s charging connector has been replaced with a more robust, waterproof version. This significantly reduces the chance of failure, further enhancing the overall reliability of the battery. - More robust housing
The internal construction of the battery has been modified making it more solidly constructed which makes it more robust.
New charger
Due to the change in the charger plug model, the old charger is not usable for the new battery. Therefore, the new battery comes standard with a charger compatible with the updated connector.
