The Amslod Hamilton is a popular model within the Amslod range and comes as of 2015. For the 2015-2019 Hamilton with front-wheel motor, we supply the replacement 36-series battery in 3 different capacities: the 13 Ah (468Wh), the Platinum with 14.5 Ah (522 Wh) and the Platinum XL with 17.5 Ah (630Wh).

The batteries were produced to Amslod’s specification by the manufacturer who also built these batteries for Amslod. Thus, the replacement battery is 100% compatible with the original 36-series battery. Old and new batteries can even be used simultaneously if necessary, and capacities are also interchangeable. The latter means that an original Platinum XL battery can be replaced with the 13 Ah or Platinum variant, for example, and vice versa without any problems.

The battery is also suitable for the models Aston, Croft, Highland etc.

Important:

  • Fully charge the battery before use.
  • After the first use, try to leave the battery on the charger for 20-24 hours. This leaves it at 100% (repeat 2-3 times a year).
  • The battery stays in best condition through regular use.
  • The battery wears out with use, but certainly also with age
  • The battery performs best at a temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius.
  • The battery remains best conditioned at a low temperature (0-10 degrees Celsius).
  • If the battery is empty, it should be charged immediately to prevent deep discharge.
